Steps
STEP 1
Spray paint the wooden round and allow approximately an hour to dry. Apply multiple coats as needed.
STEP 2
Print out desired word template for the sign. Secure the sign to the wood with tape, then use a thumbtack around the outline of the letters to imprint the design into the wood.
STEP 3
Connect the dots together using a marker or pencil. Engrave the letters into the wood using the Ball Engraving Burr.
STEP 4
Arrange fall decor on the sign as desired and attach with hot glue. Create a bow using twine, then attach to desired location using hot glue.
STEP 5
Cut a long piece of twine. Fold the twine in half three times, so that there are four strands on each side. Trim to desired size, then knot the end of each side.
STEP 6
Flip the wooden round over carefully. Mark two even dots where the sign hanger will go using a tape measure.
STEP 7
Apply a generous amount of hot glue to each mark created in the previous step. Attach the knotted piece of twine to create the sign's hanger.
