STEP 1
Cut 1-inch thick strips of paper in ascending lengths and variety of colors.

STEP 2
Make three sets of two loops in small, medium, and large in size. Staple the small loop inside of the medium loop, then place that piece inside the largest loop. Repeat with the other loops, then staple the two pieces together to create a heart.
